What to do now after my hair is healthy?
About a year ive been recovering my hair from a series of really not caring about my hair
my hair is completely healthy now..but i need some tips onto how to regrow it to be longer. i naturally have thick hair
but since my hair is growing and ending up different lengths it looks extremely thin
but do you guys have any tips to make it longer?
If your ends are thinner than the rest of your hair then that’s a sign of damaged ends. Healthy ends would be ends that are as thick as the rest of your hair, but over time your ends have broken off and this is why they’re thin. You might want to think about trimming them little-by-little as your hair grows and be careful with how you handle your hair so you won’t have thin ends again.
If your hair is extremely healthy and you’re just holding on to damaged ends because you want to keep some form of length then keep doing what you’re doing because your hair will grow no matter what. You need to focus on length retention, which is keeping your hair from breaking off because breakage is what keeps you from attaining longer length.
